Installation Steps
Method 1: Chrome (Most Common)

Launch Google Chrome on your Android device

Go to your organization’s crisisIQ URL

Sign in to your account

Look for Install Prompt
A banner may appear at bottom: “Add crisisIQ to Home screen”

Tap 'Install' or 'Add'
Follow the prompt to install

Or Use Menu Method
If no prompt: Tap ⋮ (three dots) > “Add to Home screen” or “Install app”

Confirm Installation
Tap “Add” or “Install” in the dialog

Find App
Look for crisisIQ icon in app drawer or home screen

Launch
Tap icon to open in full-screen app mode

Finding the Install Prompt
Chrome Install Banner:- Appears at bottom of screen
- Shows crisisIQ logo
- Text: “Add crisisIQ to Home screen”
- Buttons: “Cancel” and “Install”
- Wait a few seconds (banner may be delayed)
- Use manual menu method (see above)
- Ensure you’re logged in
- Try refreshing the page
