Company Admins can configure organization settings, branding, and preferences.

Accessing Company Settings

Navigate to Administration

Click Administration in the sidebar menu

Select Company Settings

Choose Company Management or Settings

View/Edit Settings

Update configuration as needed

Save Changes

Click Save to apply changes

Company Profile

Basic Information

Company Name

Display name shown to all users

Description

Brief description of your organization

Industry

Sector or industry type

Size

Number of employees

Contact Information

  • Admin Email: Primary contact for organization
  • Support Email: Where users can get help
  • Website: Organization website URL
  • Address: Physical location (optional)

Branding & Customization

Logo Upload

Upload your organization’s logo:
  1. Go to Branding section
  2. Click Upload Logo
  3. Select image file (PNG, JPG, SVG)
  4. Recommended size: 200x200px minimum
  5. Preview and save
Logos appear in the navigation header and participant views.

Color Scheme

Customize the platform’s appearance:
  • Primary Color: Main brand color
  • Secondary Color: Accent color
  • Background: Custom background (optional)

Welcome Message

Set a custom welcome message for users:
  • Shown on login page
  • Displayed on dashboard
  • Supports markdown formatting
  • Multilingual (DE/EN)

User Settings

Default User Role

Choose the default role for new users:
  • Participant (most common)
  • Content Creator (for training organizations)
  • Custom role (if configured)
Default roles apply to users joining via join codes. Email invitations can specify individual roles.

Email Verification

Configure email verification requirements:
  • Required for All: All users must verify email
  • Required for Participants: Only participants need verification
  • Optional: Verification not enforced (not recommended)

User Invitation Settings

  • Who Can Invite: Admins only or all users
  • Invitation Expiry: Days until invitation expires (default: 7)
  • Join Code Duration: Validity period for join codes

Simulation Settings

Default Simulation Configuration

Set organization-wide defaults:
  • Default simulation duration
  • Briefing time allocation
  • Debriefing duration
  • Auto-advance phases (yes/no)

Scenario Library

Manage organization scenario access:
  • Public Scenarios: Available to all organizations
  • Private Scenarios: Only your organization
  • Shared Scenarios: Shared with partner organizations

Team Management

Creating Teams

Organize users into teams for group simulations:

Go to Teams

Navigate to Administration > Teams

Create New Team

Click + Create Team

Name and Describe

Provide team name and description

Add Members

Select users to add to the team

Assign Team Lead

Optionally designate a team leader

Save Team

Click Create to save

Notification Timing

  • Reminder Schedule: Days before simulation (e.g., 7, 3, 1 day)
  • Digest Frequency: Daily, weekly, or real-time
  • Quiet Hours: No notifications during certain hours

Configure how long data is stored:
  • User Data: Indefinite or specific duration
  • Simulation Results: Retention period
  • Audit Logs: How long to keep logs
  • Archived Content: Storage policy

Integration Settings

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Configure SSO for streamlined authentication:
  1. SAML 2.0: Enterprise SSO integration
  2. OAuth 2.0: Social or custom OAuth providers
  3. LDAP/Active Directory: Corporate directory integration
SSO configuration may require system administrator assistance.

API Access

Enable API access for integrations:
  • API Keys: Generate organization API keys
  • Webhooks: Configure event webhooks
  • Rate Limits: API usage limits
  • Documentation: Link to API docs

Billing & Subscription

Subscription Details

View current plan information:
  • Plan Type: Starter, Professional, Enterprise
  • User Limit: Maximum active users
  • Storage Quota: Available storage
  • Renewal Date: Next billing date

Usage Monitoring

Track organization usage:
  • Active Users: Current user count
  • Simulations Run: Monthly simulation count
  • Storage Used: GB of media/data stored
  • API Calls: API usage metrics

Company Archive

Archiving the Company

If you need to deactivate your organization:
Archiving a company disables all user access and simulations. This action requires confirmation and may not be reversible without contacting support.

Navigate to Settings

Go to Company Settings > Advanced

Request Archive

Click Archive Company

Confirm Action

Type company name to confirm

Archive Applied

Company is deactivated; users cannot log in

Best Practices

Review company settings quarterly to ensure they align with current needs and policies.
Test notification and simulation settings with a small group before applying organization-wide.
Keep internal documentation of why certain settings were configured a specific way.
Regularly check usage metrics to optimize subscription plan and resource allocation.
